In addition to the option for our agents to pay their policy invoices online, we now have the option for your insureds to do so directly. It’s a great way to streamline the process of bill collection and we’re proud be able to offer it to you. This is especially helpful at this time due to the COVID-19 pandemic varied reopening protocols of business operations across the country.

The same Breckenridge ePay Portal can be used for insureds to pay by credit card or electronic check (ACH)* with the same ease and convenience you have experienced. This payment portal is for our Breckenridge Insurance Services brokerage and binding policies as well as the Blue River Underwriters program policies.

The information you will need to send your insureds to use our online ePay Portal will be on the invoices you receive going forward. It’s easy for them to then go online and enter their account number and related zip code to be identified in our system as your insured. Every payment will generate a receipt of payment to the emails on record for you and your insured. If you have questions about anything upon receipt of your next invoice about this process, please reach out to your broker or underwriter.
